Why are Customer's First and Last Name missing?

In PayDock, Customer's First and Last Name are considered as the parameters, different from credit card's First and Last Name.

This means that if your customers submit their names only as part of the credit card details while submitting the charge, their first and last name won't appear in PayDock list of charges.

If you would like to have First and Last name for each charge, you will need to make these fields - First and Last name - required for submitting the charge. If you are using our widget, please check the following link:
