Why are my Subscriptions not being charged?
There are two likely causes for a Subscription charge to not be processed:
- The charge is being rejected due to reasons such as insufficient funds or the card being expired or having been replaced. After the specific number of retries that you've configured, Paydock automatically stops attempting the charge. This article explains how to configure default and custom retry settings.
- Your company's billing details may have expired and need to be updated with us. This article will show you how to do that.
