Why are my subscriptions not being charged?
- Your customer's card is failing and after X amount of retries you've configured, PayDock stops automatically charging your customer's card or bank account. How do I set how many times my customer's cards are retried after failing?
- Your company's billing details may have expired and need to be updated with us. How do I update my company's billing details with PayDock?
