Update my company's billing details with Paydock

Please ensure that you have a valid credit card or bank account stored under your Paydock profile for your monthly license fee with Paydock to remain active.

  1. Go to My Billing > Payment Details;
  2. Update your details to either a valid credit card or alternatively to a bank account for direct debit;
  3. Click Submit card (for the credit card) or Submit (for the bank account).
