Password Policy

In Paydock, we are always keen to provide our clients with an unparalleled and high-level secure payment service. Obviously, a secure password is one of the main aspects of the protection measurement but it mostly lies on users responsibility. Nevertheless, we believe that the passwords for your Paydock account must be strongly structured and updated each quarter of the year. You can find our Password Policy below. Please keep in mind to follow these conditions when creating or updating your password:

Your password must contain:

  • a minimum of 14 characters;
  • one uppercase;
  • one lowercase;
  • one number;
  • one special character;

By default, it is required to reset your password every 90 days for security purposes. 5 days before the password expiry, the system displays a pop-up notification to change the password on each logon. Once the password expires, you will be provided with instructions on how to proceed further. if you need to reset your password within the 90-days period, feel free to follow these instructions. When updating your password, please keep in mind that the new password cannot be the same as any of the 15 previous passwords.
