How to add a new payment source to a customer in PayDock

  1. Go to Customers;
  2. Find and click on your Customer;
  3. In 'Payment Sources', click on 'Create Payment Source';
  4. In the pop-up window, choose the necessary option: Credit Card, Bank Account or Vault Token;
  5. Fill in the details (payment gateway and card/bank account details or a vault token);
  6. Scroll down and click on 'Create Payment Source' to finalize the process.

Note: The newly added payment source will be set default. If you want to change it, click on 'Actions' next to the payment source you would like to be used by default and choose 'Make Default'. You can also use this article for reference.
