Add a new Payment Source

To update your Customers' preferred payment source, simply follow these steps:
  1. Log into your Paydock Production or Sandbox account;
  2. Navigate to Customers from the menu on the left;
  3. Find and click on your Customer;
  4. In the Payment Sources section, click on the Create Payment Source button;
  5. In the pop-up window, choose the necessary option: Credit Card, Bank Account or Vault Token;
  6. Fill in the details (payment gateway and card/bank account details or a vault token);
  7. Scroll down and click on Create Payment Source to finalise the process.

The newly added Payment Source will be become the default for this Customer. If you want to change it, click on Actions next to the Payment Source you would like to be used by default and choose Make Default. You can also use this article for reference.
