How to reset your Paydock password

Please keep in mind that the new password cannot be the same as any of the 15 previous passwords. The Password Policy can be found here.

If you cannot access your Paydock Dashboard

In order to reset your Paydock login password, please do the following:

  1. Go to the Paydock Production or Sandbox page.
  2. Click on the Forgot Password? button.

  3. Please enter your login email and select the Go Get It! button.

  4. If the email address you specified is associated with a Paydock account, you will receive a Password reset request email. To confirm the password change, please click on the Reset Password button.

    If you cannot find any password reset email in your inbox, you may need to check your Spam/Junk folders as well.

  5. Fill in the provided fields with a new password. Please make sure the password is strong and secure. Then, click on the Submit button.

  6. Now, you can log into your Paydock account using the new password.

To reset an existing password within your Dashboard

It is advised to update your password regularly, which you do like this:

  1. Log into your Paydock Production or Sandbox account.
  2. Click on the dropdown menu from the left sidebar and go to My Account > Personal/User Details.

  3. Fill in the New Password and Repeat Password fields with the new password and provide your Current Password. Please make sure the new password is strong and secure.
  4. Click the Change Password button.

  5. Once done, you will see the message  ‘The Password has been changed successfully'.
