Audit

The Audit tool is a page that shows all the actions made within the company across all your connected payment services and all your team members. The Audit tool is only available for the administrator role.

The Audit tool shows all actions made within PayDock, no matter if they are made through API or in the dashboard.

To find the Audit tool, please login to your PayDock account, go to Profile Menu > Audit

Every action is available in the list for 90 days. Older records are not shown.

For each action, you can see the following details:

  • Action - the actual name of the action
  • Agent -  user or token that initiated the request
  • Method - request method: GET, POST, DELETE etc.
  • URI - request endpoint
  • Request type - the action can be made from API or Dashboard
  • Date and time
  • Host and IP

If you click Actions > View Details, you can also get additional information about the action:

  • Issuer User Details: User ID, email and full name.
  • Request Details: Request ID, Permission, which allows the user to perform the action, the host and the IP
  • Route Details: the route and the request method

All information can be downloaded in CSV file.
